Who we are. This website is operated by ClickIT (Branislav Marjanović PR, Belgrade, Serbia), providing remote IT support services to clients in Spain. Contact: support@itsupport-benidorm.com, WhatsApp +34 655 50 54 65.

What we collect. When you contact us via WhatsApp, email or phone, we process the data you provide: name, contact details and a description of your IT problem. We use it solely to deliver the requested service and issue invoices. Payment data is processed by our payment providers (Stripe/PayPal) — we never see or store card numbers.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic. IP addresses are anonymised where applicable.

Retention & your rights. We keep client records only as long as legally required for invoicing. Under GDPR you may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time via support@itsupport-benidorm.com.

Remote sessions. Remote access happens only with your explicit approval, you see everything on screen, and access ends when the session closes.
